Authorized payments are: Visa, Mastercard; American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and CB
TIME LIMIT
Refund times are approximately 2 to 3 days on weekdays and up to 5 days on weekends
We process orders internally. It generally takes 3 to 4 days. Except in exceptional circumstances, we will inform you directly via the newsletter and on our Instagram page.
DELIVERY
Delivery to a 2Shop collection point takes between 2 and 4 days in France and up to 5 days in Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy)
For international Chronopost deliveries, the delivery time is 2 to 5 days.
For DPD home deliveries, the delivery time is 1 to 2 days in France and 2 to 8 days internationally.

The right of withdrawal for any return or exchange is 14 days maximum from receipt of the package by the customer.

If the return is caused by a company error, we will refund the shipping amount directly to the customer upon receipt of the package from us.
FOLLOW UP
