What are your delivery times?

DELIVERY VIA CHRONOPOST

  • DELIVERY TO A PICKUP POINT (FRANCE - CHRONOPOST) : DELIVERY WITHIN 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS.

  • DELIVERY TO PICKUP POINT (EUROPE - CHRONOPOST) : DELIVERY WITHIN 3 TO 7 WORKING DAYS FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, GERMANY, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, ITALY.

  • DELIVERY TO EUROPE RELAY POINTS (SWITZERLAND - CHRONOPOST) : DELIVERY WITHIN 2 TO 6 WORKING DAYS.

  • CHRONOPOST EXPRESS : EXPRESS DELIVERY WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES AND BETWEEN 2 AND 5 WORKING DAYS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD.

  • HOME DELIVERY (FRANCE - DPD) : FAST DELIVERY WITHIN 1 TO 2 WORKING DAYS.

NOTE: DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND BUSY PERIODS.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free for orders over €300.
For orders below this amount:

  • At a collection point: between €5 and €9 depending on the weight, in France and Europe.
  • Home delivery (France): between €9 and €12.
    For international orders, fees are calculated automatically during the order confirmation stage.
Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can track it in real time.
Once your package has been delivered, a confirmation email will also be sent to you.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days to return any unworn item, with tags, in its original packaging.

How do I make a return?

You will then find a link entitled ' Make an exchange '.

When will I be reimbursed?

The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of your return, to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Consult our detailed size guide on each product page. Measure yourself and compare your measurements to our chart for a perfect fit.

What if my size is not available?

How do I care for my clothes?

Follow the instructions on the product information sheet for optimal storage of your item.

How to remove a stain?

Treat quickly with cold water. For stubborn stains, use a mild stain remover before washing. Avoid hot water, which sets stains.

We renew our collection every month or every two months.

Each of our collections is in limited edition in order to combat mass production and make each piece unique and rare.

No, you can order as a guest. However, an account allows you to track your orders and enjoy exclusive benefits.
