RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring penalties, except for return shipping costs.
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, free of perfume, and suitable for resale.
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.
In particular, the absence of the original packaging when it is necessary for the resale of the product may result in a reduction of the refund amount, proportionate to the observed loss of value.

LEGAL WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Products sold on the site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects, provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
In accordance with Article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code, the seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is responsible for any non-conformities existing at the time of delivery.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer may request repair or replacement of the product. If these solutions are impossible or disproportionate, the consumer may request a price reduction or a refund, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
